Q: Is this LIVE?

A: After doing several LIVE challenges, what we found was that on average about 10% showed up live, with 90% watching the recordings as they fit their schedule.

You are getting the same recordings from our most recent challenge that kicked off January 2025. Watch or listen on YOUR time, when it fits YOUR schedule.

In fact, a lot of people shared they liked the recordings BETTER than the live, because they could pause, rewind, take notes, take a call, let the dog out, etc.

Q: Do I need a membership to a fancy or expensive gym?

A: LOL! Nope! All you REALLY need is a phone...or ideally a tablet or computer. If you grab any of the add on workouts, all you need is your own body weight, and a few feet of floor space.

Q: How soon can I expect results?

A: I don't know. I don't know you, your work ethic, etc. Results come from taking action on what you will learn. Nobody gets results on anything from simply watching videos.
